Shabby Chic (with hidden journaling)

The Paper Flourish Scrapbookers Club February theme is:
Shabby Chic (with hidden journaling)
So what style is Shabby Chic?
Shabby Chic by definition is showing signs of wear and tear but with class and style J
Shabby Chic layouts generally use soft pastel tones, with a hint of floral embellishments for a soft finish, however you can use this style for male themed layouts too. Shabby Chic often incorporates vintage elements to bring out the worn or aged look.  You will also see a lot of butterflies used in this theme too. We are all haberdashery experts now, so keep this theme going and add in some stitching to bring some style and class to your layout.
Have fun with this theme.
The Scapbookers Club will meet in store on Friday 24 Feb @ 1:00pm – emailed layouts need to be to received by Thursday 23 Feb tracey@paperflourish.com.au
Here are a couple of examples of my interpretation of Shabby Chic (forgot the hidden Journaling so need to do another one)
